School Registration For 2010-2011 Form

Please use the following forms for school registration. The first 50 current families who register will receive a dress down day for their children.  Please print the registration form and return it to the school. A FACTS Tuition Mangement Account needs to be set up to complete registration. Form is available in the office.

Some classes are closed with a waiting list. There is a $25 non-refundable fee per family to be on the waiting list.
